Help!!! embarrased myself at work party?

was well behaved until my ex showed up 4 hours into it. i was sucking face with him downstairs (party was upstairs at the bar) and to my horror a couple coworkers saw and now rumors(that are highly embellished) are flying all over the place!!! what should i do to redeem myself? i realize that sucking face at a bar is gross, but i'm usually well bahved and am currently MORTIFIED that people probably think im a common tramp. HELP!!!!
