What draws the line between being confident and arrogant?

I wouldn't define it as a personality vs physical beauty thing. A confident person can't easily be upset if someone puts them down, because they feel secure about themselves, who are they are, the people who love them and that they love. An arrogant person has a ridiculous sense of entitlement. Having to be considerate is beneath them. They believe they have a right to whatever they want no matter who they hurt in the process, or whether it's wrong or right. Confident people don't feel the need to inform others of how great they are, they are just happy with themselves.
