I need an electrical chair!!?

I went to the arcade the other day and I saw a machine where you would sit in a chair and hold on to two handle bars. Then, the electrical current goes through your body. It feel spectacular. Do you know anyone who would sell it to me? If they have to smuggle it, its okay. I JUST NEED THIS CHAIR!
