Help me out ladies, whats she thinking?

I have been somewhat friends with benefits with this girl for a couple of weeks and she seemed as if she wanted more than just that so i brought it up to her. She accused me of gettting attatched and now we are just back to being friends. She has told me a couple of times that she does like me but doesnt want a relationship because she has no emotion at the moment and doesnt know if she could put anything into a relationship. Its been about a week and a half since that happened. This past weekend we were both intoxicated and we ended up arguing alot over the subject which she said the same thing over and over and she told me it pissed her off however at the end of the night when i went to kiss her she kissed me back and we kissed for like 20 minutes. Her friends tell her she likes me but really doesnt know what to do and that she is really confused and she says the exact same thing. I really like her but dont know where to go from here. I would like a relationship but she tells me that she doesnt want to risk our friendship because we are really good friends. Her friends tell me that is what she is so confused about, that she likes me but thinks that if it ends badly that i will just walk out on her. I would love things to be taken to the next step or just be friends but i hate being stuck in limbo cuz i cant move on but i cant commit either. How do i help her realize that she may actually like me? i dont think i screwed things up the other night cuz we still kissed at the end but idk where to go from here. I told her i would give her some time to decide because she said that she only wants to be friends till she decides. How to i get her to realize things and finally make a decision
