What is one big issue that "teachers without borders" deal with and what are some causes of this issue?

And need this answer for a project for civics and can you please provide solution to the causes of the issue and a bibliography for reference. I REALLY NEED HELP I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING ON THIS ( for example if i was working on an NGO that supports environmental issues global warming can be the big issue and the causes can be gas emissions and the solution to that could be closing down factories that release harmful emission) I NEED 6 CAUSES THAT CAN EFFECT THE BIG ISSUE!!
