Could this be astral projection?

Ok, the weirdest thing happen yesterday. My bestfriend's mom says she saw me at Marshalls & that we had a conversation YET I wasn't at marshalls. So much that she asked me what I was doing in Marshalls & I told her " I was looking for bathing suit" that was very freaky. Why? Because I've been meaning to buy a bathing suit & I even went to the mall to buy one but, didnt find one. I never go to Marshalls. I was at my bestfriends house when her mom got home from Marshall's. She looked at me and said "how did you get here so I fast? I just saw you at Marshalls?" & I said "me?!?!" I've been feeling very very weird lately & I've been having dreams that someone is chasing me & that I get in a car accident & die. My friend at work told me that it could have been astral projection. You don't necesarily need to be in a hypnogogic state for that to happen. I'm 100% this lady is not crazy. What freaked me out was that she asked "me" what I was doing there & I said looking for a bathing suit.
