Should yahoo split into two divisions , the new company will be entirely wireless and dynamic?

i propose that this new company be 100% no , otherwise growth will be too slow ,it would be wireless ,possibly independent from the net , the concerned parents around the world would sign up immediately, growth rate %500 per year ,it could surp the net , and the parent yahoo company can join the backstreet peepshows and freakshows and its faint echos fading into the dark recesses of space
