Water on the brain?

I am literally driving myself insane w/ worry about my unborn grand daughter. I have had some excellent answers from many on water on the brain. Currently my daughter in law is scheduled for another sonogram next weekend. The doc has told my son and wife that they cannot see the babies brain clearly.....my thought after looking at the sonogram is ...One...the technician is an idiot and took very poor pictures. The pic cuts off the top of the babies head for starters and her legs. I see dark area at the babies skull base which also does not show her neck....Is there anyone , anyone at all experienced in reading sonograms? I will gladly send the sonogram to anyone who can read the thing and give me there input and thoughts on the picture as far as suspicions of "water on the brain". One concern i have is it was taken at an army hospital,(son is a soldier) and i trust army medical about as much as far as I could throw them. Anyone that can help me please respond back. pls pls
