Why do women act so resistant to when it can be so pleasurable for them?

The female "parts" have way more nerve endings than the male parts and studies that have monitored the "pleasure centers" of the brain during have shown that females' activity in that part of the brain peaks higher than it does in men. So why aren't women constantly seeking to get some the way men are?
